We’ve been working for years to bring you the perfect, most flavorful dates to make organic granulated sugar.

We upcycle kentichi dates that used to go to waste, then simply dry and grind to produce a sugar with a delicious, deep, caramel flavor.

This is the only granulated sugar packed with fiber and antioxidants, with one gram of fiber in each teaspoon and 48g per cup! You can make a cake, and feel great, knowing it's filled with fiber. It’s ideal for baking, morning coffee and tea and all of your favorite sugary recipes. Add a bit more liquid to the recipe for the perfect consistency.
